📦 When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship locally within Lebanon only,  no international shipping at this time
Standard deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days after ordering. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking link.

📏 How do I know my size?

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. You have 3 business days to return an item from the delivery date if there’s an issue with your purchase. Beyond 3 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
  2. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags and any packaging intact
  3. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we’ve received and approved your return

❓ How to Return

  1. Email us at support@d2w.store within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and return reason.
  2. Drop off your package at the nearest post office or courier drop-off point.
  3. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 2–5 business days.
